At 2nd Chance For New Beginnings, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to rewrite their story. We provide the mentorship, life skills, and workforce pathways that help youth and young adults ages 16–24 move from crisis to sustainable independence..
Who we Are & What we Do
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving at-risk youth and young adults ages 16–24 across Fulton and Clayton Counties, Georgia. Our work is centered on holistic restoration through the Bridge to Success Model™ — ensuring our participants have more than just support, they have a clear path forward.
What We Do:
Workforce & Life Skills Training: Through LaunchPath ATL and Community Tech Pathways, we equip youth and young adults with the financial literacy, digital skills, and workforce readiness they need to build a stable, independent future.
Life Skills Development: From financial literacy to wellness and communication, we teach the fundamental skills needed to navigate a stable life.
Personal Mentorship: Our team provides one-on-one guidance to help participants set goals, overcome barriers, and stay accountable to their new path.
School & Community Partnerships: We work directly with schools and community organizations across Fulton and Clayton Counties to reach youth where they already are.

The mission of 2nd Chance For New Beginnings is the “heart” of the 2nd Chance Enterprises umbrella.
While our sister entity, 2nd Chance Staffing, focuses on the professional and economic side of growth, New Beginnings focuses on the human side. Our mission aligns by:
Providing the Foundation: You cannot hold a job without a stable place to sleep. We provide the stability that makes employment possible.
Developing the Person: We refine the character and life skills that allow individuals to not only get a “second chance” but to keep it.
Fueling the Vision: Our work directly supports the Enterprises’ vision of “Total Transformation” by ensuring no one is left to navigate their new beginning alone.
